I am looking for a Thailand-based field associate to support a founder-led advisory initiative focused on golf, business performance, and real-world operational insight.

This is an opportunity for someone curious, reliable, and comfortable around golf to learn how businesses actually operate by observing, listening, and helping turn real-world activity into simple insight.
What it is
A flexible field-based role supporting business advisory work with golf course owners and operators.
What it is not
Not a typical office job, not a personal assistant role, and not a sales position.
This role is suitable for someone early in their career, or someone with experience in golf who is looking for a more flexible and stable way to grow and apply their skills.
Note: This is a limited, one-person role to support field-based work.
The role
This is a real, paid engagement starting with a 3-month contract, designed to be flexible and practical. The right person may continue working, caddying, studying, or holding another role while supporting selected field work and course visits.
You will help with
Observing how golf courses operate day to day
Speaking with caddies, staff, and players
Capturing feedback and identifying patterns
Supporting simple analysis and field notes
Helping translate Thai conversations into English context
You may be a fit if you are
A Thai national with good English communication
Interested in golf or already familiar with golf environments
Comfortable speaking with people naturally
Curious, observant, and detail-oriented
Low ego, reliable, and open to learning
Part of the role includes developing awareness of different golf environments and identifying where interesting patterns or opportunities may exist. This work is built on trust, discretion, and respect for the environments we enter.
